Terms and Conditions
comfort2prime.com
Last updated: 1 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all offers, orders and purchase agreements made through www.comfort2prime.com (the "Website"), operated by NT People B.V. (trading as "Comfort2prime" or "C2P") ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms cover the sale of products through our Website. For information about how we collect, use and share your personal data, see our separate Privacy Policy at https://www.comfort2prime.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Comfort2prime sells to customers in multiple regions with different mandatory consumer-protection laws. Sections below are marked to show where they apply:
EU / EEA CUSTOMERS -- European Union member states, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
UK CUSTOMERS -- United Kingdom (Great Britain and Northern Ireland).
CANADA CUSTOMERS -- Canada, including province-specific rules where noted.
AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS -- Australia and New Zealand.
HONG KONG CUSTOMERS -- Hong Kong SAR.
ALL CUSTOMERS -- applies to everyone, regardless of region.
Switzerland is not a member of the EU or EEA, but is a party to the Lugano Convention along with the EU/EEA states. Where these Terms grant EU/EEA customers a choice-of-court option (Section 15.2), the same applies to Swiss customers. Switzerland does not, however, have a statutory right of withdrawal for standard online purchases — Swiss customers are covered by Comfort2prime's contractual 30-day return policy (Section 7.2) instead of the statutory right described in Section 7.1.
By placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Comfort2prime does not currently ship to or accept orders from the United States. If and when US sales become available, these Terms will be updated to add US-specific provisions (including a US governing-law and arbitration clause).

3. Applicability
ALL CUSTOMERS
3.1 These Terms apply to every offer made by Comfort2prime and to every distance contract concluded between Comfort2prime and a customer via the Website.
3.2 Before a distance contract is concluded, the text of these Terms is made available to the customer free of charge.
3.3 By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms in full.
3.4 Comfort2prime may amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time an order is placed applies to that order.
4. Orders and Formation of Contract
ALL CUSTOMERS
4.1 All offers on the Website are without obligation and subject to availability. Obvious errors or mistakes in an offer, including pricing errors, do not bind Comfort2prime.
4.2 A contract is formed when Comfort2prime accepts and confirms the customer's order. An automatic order confirmation email is not, by itself, acceptance -- acceptance occurs when Comfort2prime dispatches the products or expressly confirms the order.
4.3 Comfort2prime reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of stock unavailability, a pricing or descriptive error, suspected fraud, or reasonable doubt about the customer's ability to pay. If Comfort2prime cancels an order after payment has been made, the customer will be refunded in full within 14 days.
4.4 To place an order, the customer must be at least 16 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
5. Prices and Payment
ALL CUSTOMERS
5.1 All prices shown on the Website are displayed in the currency applicable to your region and, where required, include applicable VAT/GST. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
5.2 Comfort2prime may change prices at any time. The price applicable to an order is the price shown at the time the order is placed.
5.3 Payment is due at the time of ordering, via the payment methods offered at checkout.
5.4 Products remain the property of Comfort2prime until full payment has been received.
6. Shipping and Delivery
ALL CUSTOMERS
6.1 Comfort2prime will make reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly after they are placed.
6.2 Delivery times shown on the Website are estimates, not guarantees. Comfort2prime is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances outside its reasonable control (see Section 17, Force Majeure).
6.3 The risk of loss of or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
6.4 Depending on your country, import duties, VAT or GST may be charged on delivery. Where Comfort2prime is registered for VAT/GST in your country, these are included in the price shown at checkout; otherwise they may be collected by the carrier on delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
EU / EEA CUSTOMERS
7.1 If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and its EEA equivalent.
UK CUSTOMERS
7.1a UK customers have the equivalent statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, as retained in UK law.
ALL CUSTOMERS
7.2 Comfort2prime extends this to a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all customers, regardless of region. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging with tags attached. Switzerland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong do not require sellers to offer a general right of withdrawal for standard online purchases -- customers in these regions are covered by this 30-day policy on the same basis as EU/EEA and UK customers.
7.3 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect, an error on Comfort2prime's part, or damage in transit (see Section 8, Quality and Conformity).
7.4 To start a return, contact Comfort2prime at support@comfort2prime.com within the applicable return window. We will confirm your return and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA). Returns must not be shipped before an RMA number has been issued -- packages sent without a valid RMA number may be refused or delayed.
7.4a Once you have your RMA number, return the product (with the RMA number clearly marked on the package) to our dedicated returns address below. This is a separate address from our registered office in Section 2 -- do not send returns to the office address.
Returns address:
Comfort2prime Returns
Room 404, 4th Floor, GLP Logistics Park
North Zhenxing Road, Jianggao Town
Baiyun District, Guangzhou City
Guangdong Province, China
7.4b As described in Section 7.3, return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect, an error on Comfort2prime's part, or damage in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method -- Comfort2prime is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
7.5 Once a return is received and inspected, Comfort2prime will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
7.6 Comfort2prime does not currently offer direct product exchanges. To receive a different size or colour, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
7.7 The right of withdrawal does not apply to: products made to the customer's specifications; sealed products which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery; and gift cards.
8. Quality and Conformity
ALL CUSTOMERS
8.1 Comfort2prime warrants that all products conform to the contract, to the specifications stated in the offer, and to reasonable requirements of soundness and usability, in accordance with applicable statutory provisions.
EU / EEA CUSTOMERS
8.2 For EU/EEA customers, the statutory conformity guarantee applies in accordance with mandatory consumer protection law. A defect that becomes apparent within the first year after delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
ALL CUSTOMERS
8.3 If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, contact support@comfort2prime.com. Comfort2prime will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product.
8.4 This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper washing or care (see the care instructions on the relevant product page or our FAQ), or use other than intended.
AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS
8.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any non-excludable consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, including guarantees of acceptable quality and fitness for purpose. Where a product fails to meet such a guarantee, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as provided by that law.
9. Intellectual Property
ALL CUSTOMERS
9.1 All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, product designs, and the Comfort2prime name and branding, is owned by or licensed to Comfort2prime and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 You may view and print pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution or modification, requires our prior written consent.
9.3 Products purchased from Comfort2prime are for personal use only. Resale or commercial distribution of Comfort2prime products without our prior written authorization is prohibited.
10. User-Generated Content, Reviews and Feedback
ALL CUSTOMERS
10.1 "User-Generated Content" means any reviews, ratings, photos, videos, comments, testimonials, ideas, suggestions or other content that you submit, post, upload, or send to us, including by tagging us or using a Comfort2prime-branded hashtag on social media (together, "Content").
10.2 By submitting Content, you grant Comfort2prime a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, translate, publish, distribute and display that Content, in whole or in part, in any format or medium now known or later developed, including on our Website, our social media channels, packaging, and other marketing materials, without any obligation to compensate or credit you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This licence does not affect any data protection or privacy rights you may have under applicable law with respect to Content that constitutes your personal data, including any right to request that we stop using it -- see our Privacy Policy at https://www.comfort2prime.com/policies/privacy-policy.
10.3 You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or otherwise have all necessary rights to the Content you submit; (b) the Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party; and (c) the Content complies with Section 11 (Prohibited Uses).
10.4 Comfort2prime is under no obligation to use, publish, or retain any Content, and may remove, decline to publish, or edit (for length or clarity) any Content at its discretion, including reviews, comments, or submissions we reasonably believe are false, misleading, abusive, or in violation of Section 11.
10.5 Any ideas or suggestions you send us about our products, Website, or business -- whether submitted as a review, comment, or otherwise -- are provided voluntarily and without any expectation of compensation or confidentiality. We are free to use such input without any obligation to you.
11. Prohibited Uses
ALL CUSTOMERS
11.1 You may use the Website, and submit Content, for lawful purposes only. Without limitation, you may not:
- Post or submit Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or abusive, or that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Upload viruses, malware, or other code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Website
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access, extract data from, or interact with the Website, except as expressly permitted
- Attempt to circumvent any security or access-control measure on the Website
- Send spam, unsolicited advertising, or engage in phishing through any feature of the Website
11.2 We may suspend or terminate your access to any interactive feature of the Website, and remove any Content, at our discretion, if we reasonably believe you have violated this Section.
12. Agents
ALL CUSTOMERS
12.1 This Section applies if you use, permit, or enable any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on your behalf to access, use, or interact with the Website (an "Agent") -- for example, an AI shopping assistant, browsing agent, or automated purchasing tool.
12.2 An Agent may only access, use, or interact with the Website if, at all times, it identifies itself as an Agent -- including in the user agent string of any request it makes to the Website -- and does not conceal or misrepresent that it is an Agent, for example by mimicking human behaviour or attempting to bypass CAPTCHAs or similar measures intended to distinguish human from automated access.
12.3 If asked, an Agent must respond truthfully about whether it is acting on behalf of a human user, and disclose the identity of that Agent.
12.4 We may limit, restrict, or block access by any Agent, including by technical measures, at our discretion.
12.5 If you use an Agent to place an order or submit Content, you remain responsible for that order or Content and for compliance with these Terms as if you had acted yourself.
13. Limitation of Liability
EU / EEA CUSTOMERS
13.1 Comfort2prime's liability is limited to direct damages resulting from an attributable failure to perform the contract. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of use, or loss of data, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law, including liability for defective products or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
ALL CUSTOMERS
13.2 For customers in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong, the limitation described in Section 13.1 applies equivalently, except that nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory local consumer protection or product liability law, including non-excludable guarantees referenced in Section 8.5.
14. Indemnification
ALL CUSTOMERS
14.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Comfort2prime harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from: (a) Content you submit that infringes a third party's rights or violates Section 11 (Prohibited Uses); or (b) your breach of these Terms. This does not affect any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be limited or excluded by contract.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
ALL CUSTOMERS
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the country in which you are habitually resident.
EU / EEA CUSTOMERS
15.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase may be submitted to the competent Dutch court, or, at the consumer's choice, to the competent court of the consumer's country of habitual residence, if that country is an EU member state, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland (all parties to the Lugano Convention). This does not affect your right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
UK CUSTOMERS
15.3 As the UK is not a party to the Lugano Convention, disputes involving UK customers may be submitted to the competent Dutch court or, at the consumer's choice, to the competent court of England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland (as applicable to the consumer's residence), consistent with UK law on consumer jurisdiction.
CANADA / AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND / HONG KONG CUSTOMERS
15.4 Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase may be submitted to the competent Dutch court, or, at the consumer's choice, to the competent court of the consumer's country or state of residence. This clause does not limit any right you have under local law to bring a claim before a small claims court, tribunal, or ombudsperson in your own jurisdiction.
16. Complaints
ALL CUSTOMERS
Comfort2prime has a complaints procedure in place. Complaints about the performance of the contract must be submitted, fully and clearly described, within a reasonable time via support@comfort2prime.com. We will respond within 14 days or, if more time is needed, confirm receipt within 14 days and indicate when a full response can be expected.
17. Force Majeure
ALL CUSTOMERS
Comfort2prime is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or supplier failures.
18. Miscellaneous
ALL CUSTOMERS
18.1 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
18.2 These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Comfort2prime regarding your purchase.
18.3 Comfort2prime may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, without affecting your rights under these Terms.
